Hi Gregg, thanks for your comments. Normally for me I can change the buffer/play rate by shift, alt, right click but it just reverts itself or makes buffer and play rate the same at whatever rate I set for one of them. So I'm not sure what the solution is. I'm not sure if I'm experiencing this on non-HD or HD or both. I'll have to check and let you know. It's frustrating, I've tried to contact Netflix about it but have not got a response.

I've noticed that when playing Netflix non-HD, it buffers at 3600 and plays at 1750 and it's beautiful. HOWEVER, when turning HD on, it buffers at 3600 and plays at 3600 hence choppy annoying video. Using Shift Alt click, I cannot change this. Very annoying. Any ideas here? BTW, everything was fine until several months ago and I can't tie it to anything specific unless it's Comcast. Thank you
